sign the lower portion of this form and return it to school with your
child. Be sure to keep the top portion of the form for future
reference.
Classroom Rules:
-Look and listen when the teacher or another student is talking.
-Be respectful of your teacher and classmates and their belongings.
-Keep your hands and feet to yourself.
-Follow The Williams Way.

Discipline:
Students
have the opportunity to move up and down the following behavior chart
throughout the day. Every student will start on green each day. At the
end of every day, I will record what color your child received and send
that information home. (Look for the colored dot each day on their
monthly calendar in their folder.)
Behavior Chart Rewards/ Consequences
Purple: I am an example to others. Earn 2 Collins Cash bills
Orange: I am making wise choices. Earn 1 Collins Cash bill
Green: I am responsible. Students start here daily
Pink: Oops!! Warning
Yellow: I need to think about my choices. Silent lunch/write behavior reflection. Give back 1 Collins Cash bill
White:
Conference Conference with
teacher or office/write behavior reflection. Give back 2 Collins Cash
bills
REWARD SYSTEMS:
Collins Cash
– Students earn “Collins Cash” based upon behavior, class
participation, attendance and homework. Collins Cash can be exchanged
based on the following system.
5 Treasure Box
10 Piece of candy from the candy jar
15 Homework pass
20 Read in the relaxing reading area during SSR for a week
30 Eat lunch with the teacher
40 Teacher’s helper for a day
50 Lunch with a grade level friend
