W.D. Williams Elementary first graders stepped into a world of magic and charm during their enchanting Cinderella Ball. The school’s royals arrived dressed for the occasion, ready to celebrate the timeless fairytale in style.
Inside transformed classrooms, students and teachers danced to lively music, swaying and twirling just like Cinderella at the prince’s grand ball. A royal feast fit for kings and queens awaited them, with plenty of treats to enjoy between activities. Laughter and excitement filled the air as students played games, crafted glittering crowns, and created art inspired by Cinderella’s magical adventures.
The day’s events wove together elements from various Cinderella stories around the world, giving students a chance to see how the beloved tale is told across cultures. From glass slippers to golden carriages, each activity reinforced lessons of kindness, perseverance, and imagination.
